Is EZD3 upgrade from v2 going on sale (or have I missed it) ?

I’ve not been paying attention to the Toontrack sales.

I have EZD2 and wondering if upgrade to EZD3 is scheduled to go on sale?   (Or have I missed the party?)

Operating system: Windows 10

I have never seen an upgrade sale except for the first month of the new product release.
