I attempted to create a template in he tracker tab so I could quickly drag in tracks and have all my channels spelled out and the instrucments set with my parameters. Since my drum mics dont move, nothing really changes so it would save probably 15 minutes a pop and be a great starting point. My hope was to either replace the audio wav in the tracker tab, or simply over-write the template files in windows explorer and when I reopen SD3 hope it updates like adobe audition does. But, dragging new files even on top of an existing track just creates a new one, and replacing the wav files in windows explorer doesnt actually refresh the analyzed data in SD3. If I do the replacement then tell SD3 to reanalyze, its essentially resetting all my settings even down to the track name.
Is there a way to create a quick access template in the tracker tab?
