Invoice Request

Hi, I’ve just purchased EZ1 with free upgrade to EZ2, but during the checkout I did not entered the VAT number of our company.
Is there a way to request a new invoice with the correct company name and VAT number?

You can see your invoices on your account page if you made the order through our website.

If you log in with your account on toontrack.com, click “My Account” -> “My Info” and then you can click the “Orders” tab, you should be able to see your orders and invoices.

Also, don’t post your serial numbers online. We have edited your post to conceal private information
