Man, it sure would be nice if you could just build kits (from various expansions) where the drums would just appear right ON the kit instead of a little pic on the top left of your screen;)

While you cannot start with a blank kit and piece together all the individual pieces, you can find a preset that has the correct number of elements you are looking for (kicks, toms, cymbals, etc) and then substitute in your desired pieces from the different expansions.  That’s how I do it.  My Roland kit is very close the Djent kit in the core library and I just sub in the different instrument pieces from there.

@ Bryan…for some reason, I didn’t think I could change the instruments on screen. As such, I’ve been “adding” them. I see now that I CAN indeed change them! Awesome!
