Installing from manager with everything downloaded and on HD already

Since I have all of my superior stuff already to be installed, I can figure out if I should use the included installers or the manager for installation.

There doesn’t seem to be an obvious way to do this from the manager (it just lists download)

Maybe someone understands what I’m trying to do and has an answer? I don’t want to re-register everything.

If you already have the libraries installed – just install the application.  After completing the install of the app – open the appliction and then go to “Settings” on the top left of the GUI and then select “Libraries/Paths” and add the location where you have your Libraries installed.
