Installing EZ Drummer to a Second Computer

Hey Gang,

The G5 I originally had EZ Drummer installed on recently died. RIP… hated that machine

Just got a new iMac, taking forever to install everything… fun fun

Anyway, I am trying to install EZ Drummer and Nashville on the new machine but when I enter the Authorization Codes, I get a message stating that I am not authorized to use EZ Drummer on this computer. Yes, this is a second machine so how do I remove the first computer? Whats the work around?

Also, I mentioned this about a year ago when I first started using ToonTracks… I really wish the company would change the black background to something lighter… like white. Its very hard on the eyes. I know black is cool but seriously… its hard to read the site.

Hi Ernest,

just log into your Toontrack account and click the ‘My Products’ button, then select EZdrummer and the ‘Remove Authorization’ button.
After that, click the ‘Add Authorization’ button. You only have used up 1 Auth so far.

Hi John,

I`m back… trying to install the Nashville sounds still and when I launch Digital Performer I get a message stating the sounds for Nashville cannot be found. I have uninstalled and re-installed but to no avail.

Any ideas? EZ Drummer is working fine.

Hi Ernest,

did you install from DVD or from the Full Download installer found in your account?

Have you used SoundMover on your system?

If you browse to ‘Mac HD/Library/Application Support/EZdrummer/’ in the Finder, do you find an ‘EZX_Nashville’ folder there? If so, does it have any content?

Which version number is displayed in the lower right of the EZdrummer plugin interface?

Not sure what I did differently but I downloaded all the latest installers last evening and tried it again tonight and DP finally asked me for the Authorization Code.

Hi I recently purchased EZ3 Drummer .. Partly because i can put it on 2 PC’s .. my laptop for gigging with roland electronic kit

and also on my Studio PC .. its working fine on laptop.. how do i install 2nd lisence on my studio PC ?
