installing alt rock ezx requires update…. but toontracks is already updated…

Hi there.

I just purchased and installed ez drummer 2 and two expansion packs. I was able to download all 3 products, but only able to install two of them. EZdrummer and one of the two extension packs seem to be working correctly right out of the gate. The alt-rock expansion pack will not install. I get the message “You need to upgrade your toontracks software to the latest version before you can use this product.” It came with an update, which i installed, so I thought it was the most recent version.. Am I mistaken? Or am I missing something simple?

Try running the EZdrummer 2.1.4 update again, it often does the trick. Another possibility is that if you have Superior Drummer 2 on the computer as well, you need to update that to the latest version too.
