Hey, folks. I downloaded EZdrummer 2 last night, and I installed the 32-bit version earlier today, only to find out that my DAW (Adobe Audition) is incompatible with 32-bit systems, so I have to try the 64-bit, but every time I click “Install” on the Installment Wizard, I get an error message that reads:
“Error 1311: Source file not found:
C:UsersOwnerAppDataLocalTempTemp3_TT206_EZdrummer2_WIN_202.zipEZdrummer2_WINDATA.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.”
This message appeared before, too, when I initially tried to install the 32-bit version, but after I clicked “Extract All” from the main EZdrummer folder, it installed just fine. I tried Extract All again for the 64-bit, but that hasn’t done anything. I’m out of ideas. What do I do now? Thanks in advance for the help.
Hi,
are you 100% sure the ZIP archive is fully extracted? The above message indicates a Temporary file is missing as in when you Browse the ZIP archive instead of running from an extracted folder.
Perhaps try a different location closer to the root, in case you are extracting to a deeply nested folder (like e.g. deep in the structure on your Desktop).
