installation problem – funkmasters

    Hi,

    are you running the installers directly from the ZIP Archives? It seems like you do and that will not work. Fully extract all Archives (right-click + ‘Extract All…’) before running any installers.

    John,

    Same problem. I click ‘extract all’ or ‘extract here’ but I get the same thing. This is how I’ve installed updates for other kits & EZ Drummer itself. How can I send you the log file that it gives me. Maybe there’s something in there. I don’t seem to be able to attach it, ‘installerlog.log’

    send the log file to support toontrack • com, replacing the brackets and bullet with you know what and refer to this thread.
