Wonder if somebody can help me ?
I just tried to install my new EZdrummer software which culminated in an error message (as shown below).
The options are to ‘retry’ or cancel’ . Clicking retry simply brings up the same options, clicking cancel allows me to cancel installation, nothing else.
The file requested does exist on the DVD (but seems to be missing an ‘e’ (?????)
I’ve tried copying the contents of the DVD to my C drive to install from there, no difference.
Any ideas what to do would be appreciated ………. by the way, the software is legitimate – not pirated.

No, you can register a product without installing/authorizing it.
Use your serial number that came with the product and register it to your Toontrack account.

I can only go so far down that road though, before I’m asked for my computer ID etc
It looks like you’ve managed to register your product just now, so please log out, then log back in, and post your question in the Support Forum that John linked to in his post above.
