    Unfortuneately, I can’t register the product until I’ve managed to install it

    No, you can register a product without installing/authorizing it.

    Use your serial number that came with the product and register it to your Toontrack account.

    I can only go so far down that road though, before I’m asked for my computer ID etc

    It looks like you’ve managed to register your product just now, so please log out, then log back in, and post your question in the Support Forum that John linked to in his post above.

    I’m on it – it seems I have to D/load the full software and an update – will let you know if it works 🙂
