Installation problem

Hi, I purchased EZmix Metal pack and EZmix today but messed up the installation. I mistakenly installed the metal pack first, then installed the EZmix product. Nothing is showing up in my DAW (Cubase SX3). Is this supposed to appear as an Insert?
Any help on how to get this up and running would be great.

PS I have run both installer again and used th remove product option, then reinstalled in the correct order (EZmix first) but still nothing is showing up in Cubase.

the order you install is unimportant, although the presets packs are no use without the base product of course.

… I suspect you have not pointed the (main) EZmix installer to your Cubase plugin folder, as recommended in the install guide. At this point the easiest is likely to add a custom path to Cubase to register the VST. See your Cubase manual for details.
