I installed EZDrummer 3 on a separate hd but when I try to open in Reaper but the versions of plug-in and resources doesn’t match. Where’s the .dll placed?
EZdrummer version: 3.0.6 Operating system: Windows 10
this would indicate that you have previously moved or copied the .dll file from its original location, which means that when updating, the updater will not update your moved/copied file. The advise is not to do that but instead either Custom install the .dll from the start or point your DAW to the location of the .dll.
If you start the EZD3 Standalone, it will most likely not throw the same message. In the Help Menu there is an entry to ‘Show Plug-In Path’ which will tell you where the VST is installed.
