Its a bit ridiculous the loops we have to jump through to install EZdrummer on an external drive. I own countless plugs and they all allow a download AND installation path in preferences. PLEASE correct this!!!!!!! We’ve sent a rover to Mars, I’m sure a solution for this isnt too complicated

If you haven’t installed any EZdrummer sound or MIDI libraries before, you get to choose the location when you start the installation of the library.

Otherwise, you can change the path through the settings in the EZdrummer 3 plug or standalone. This is described in chapter 9.4.4 in the manual.

I tested it with EZdrummer 3… finally I got rid of over 40 GB Soundlibrary onto an external drive… puuuh, thanks… and without further ado… even EZdrummer 2 works…
