First, log into your Toontrack account and download the full EZdrummer installer for PC (click the red ‘PC’ button) to your desktop.

Once downloaded, use the Windows extractor and extract the installer.

Next, run the PC installer. Once installed, download the latest update from the update section of your account. The latest version is 1.2.1.

Let me know if you need clarification on any of that.

If I remember right, the process is a little tricky and goes something like this:

If you downloaded the program, run it and install it on your computer. If you purchased the disks, install EZDrummer from them.
Start the EZDrummer application program (either Solo or in your DAW.)
The first time you start it, you will have to Authorize it the program.
Follow the tricky instructions on the screen carefully.
I think you have to go to Toontrack.com to register it.
Copy the Serial number (you got from Guitar Center) into a box on the the registration screen.
They give you an Authorization code in return. (And maybe a Computer ID number??)
You also have to make up a Computer Name I think. You will use it in that Authorization screen you saw when you started EZD.
Copy that Authorization code into the box in the Authorization screen that showed up when you started EZD.
    Click the Authorize button.

    You’re done.

I may have the steps out of order, but it goes something like that if I remember right.

Hope this helps. It always gets me confused too!
