Install / Update problem with 32-bit version of Grand Piano

After installing, I used the EZkeys menu to check for updates and it told me there were three (3) updates available … see attachment 1.

I clicked on each icon at the right of “attachment 1” list but only two (2) files downloaded even though all three items turned black which I thought indicated they had downloaded. I can’t find the last file … Sound library update (Windows).

Question 1: How do I get that update?

Then after installing the two (2) updates that did download, I used the EZkeys menu to check it’s versions and it shows:

EZkeys plug-in version 1.2.0 (build 9539) [32-bit VST]
Standalone host version 1.2.0 (build 9539)
Core MIDI Library version 1.2.0

SOUND LIBRARIES
ELECTRIC GRAND version 1.0.0

ADD-ON MIDI PACKS

After checking for updates again, I get the message shown in attachment 2, saying EZkeys Electric Grand version 1.0.2 is available.
If I go to the referenced download page shown in “attachment 2”, there’s no updates available for me to download.

Question 2: How do I get the EZkeys Electric Grand version 1.0.2 update?

Hi,
‘EZkeys Electric Grand version 1.0.2 update’ is the sound library update on that product page. Just click, download and run it.

Thanks John but I’ve already tried that but nothing appears to download. It wasn’t with the other downloads that I downloaded unless it went somewhere else on my computer. I’ve also tried downloading it on my ASUS tablet and that hasn’t worked either. My OS is Windows 8.1. What is the actual name of that file and I’ll search on my PC to see if it went somewhere other than my download folder.

5/1/15 7:39am additional info. added: I’ve got a dual boot PC so I rebooted from Windows 8.1 to Windows 7 and still can’t get the ‘EZkeys Electric Grand version 1.0.2 update’ to download. When I click on the download button a brief message appears in lower left corner of browser that says “Waiting for http://www.toontrack.com” and then it disappears.

5/1/15 7:53am additional info. added: I’ve been using Firefox as my browser and decided to try Internet Explorer. It won’t download the file either and give me a HTTP 403 error. I can still re-download the other 2 updates listed (using Firefox) and they both give me the option to open or save but the ‘EZkeys Electric Grand version 1.0.2 update’ does nothing except give me the brief message that appears in lower left corner of browser that says “Waiting for http://www.toontrack.com” and then it disappears. Are you sure that link is working on your end? Thks
