Install Problems SD3

Downloaded everything and installed the first three packages on my mac.
I got problems to see the sl_Percussion and the sl-Sd3-electronics in the browser.
When I choose the Superior 3 Percussion Option, I was told to update the library.
To choose the Superior 3 Electronics is not possible because there is no Option in the browser.

Yes, all updates are installed 2 or 3 times.
Same result.
Allthogh under Instruments I see electronic instruments but no percussions (picture 4b).

You actually shouldnt add the path to those libraries, those libraries are just used internally and are not actual SDX libraries.
For example the SL-Perc is used when clicking the Add instrument -> Future Hit Instrument as well as in “Search For Instruments” to layer claps etc.
The SL-SD3_Electronic is just accessible through the “Search for instruments” for when you want to layer drums with electronic sounds (or replace them).
These libraries have no drum kits or presets etc and are just extra raw drum options for you to play around with in your other libraries.

So I will log this as a bug since you shouldnt be able to do that in the first place 🙂

What you should do is remove the paths to them from the “Libraries” page in settings and then you might also need to go to “Advanced” and click “Restore instrument database…”

I only have to remove this paths ?

Yeah basically:
1) Remove path to Superior 3 Percussion
2) Go to advanced -> Rebuild instrument database.
