Are you installing from the Toontrack Product Manager or running the installer from the download? Please try installing from Product Manager. Your pic didn’t seem to attach so if you could try again please.

I still get the same error message when trying that. “Windows error 1310”.

Hi, are you positive that you are installing through the Toontrack Product Manager Application?

That error is mostly related to browsing a ZIP file instead of Extracting it first and the path in the dialog window is really off.
Installing through the PM application should not yield any of the above.

    BR,
    John

“C:\Program” is not a valid destination path. The installer incorrectly suggests that as the default on some localizations of Windows. Does the installer let you select a different path for libraries? If so, I suggest you use “C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Toontrack\” for that.

If paths of any other components in the installer are set to just “C:\Program”, they need to be changed as well.
