Insert groove in track editor without overwriting?

Hello,

I’m new to SD3 so apologize if this is something easy, but I can’t find any way to actually insert a groove clip in track editor so that it moves everything over to the right to make room for the new groove. It just overwrites what is there. If this isn’t possible, is there a way to insert blank space so I can drag the new groove in?

It’s currently not possible to use a “move things when inserted” mode, but I’ll take a note of it as a feature request.
You can either cut MIDI block, using the cut tool, and delete the blocks where you want to have your space, or drag in the edges of blocks to make that space.
