Inputting exact numerical value for volume, pitch dials etc? possible?

Is it possible to manually enter a value in that yellow box? Also is there shortcut to centre it at precisely 0.0?

Oh yeah, well to answer my 2nd question, holding CTRL and then clicking on the dial will centre it to “0”.

But I can’t seem to work out how to enter a value there, dials are fiddly ha.

There isn’t a way to enter a number in the controls that doesn’t have a value indicator (such as the mixer volume sliders). We have instead made a shortcut for fine adjusting values: press Shift key while you change the value of the controller.
