Hi,
Can someone please tell me how this can happen? I bounced the stereo out of SD3 twice to separate tracks in Pro Tools 12. Changed literally nothing. Just went record/stop/record. Straight forward output of SD3 to a bus and into audio tracks. Yet, kick drums are randomly in different spots. The files will be in sync then suddenly not. See attached image of kick drums in sync then not. I have not done anything clever at all here. Straight forward audio out from SD3 track to a bus. Any thoughts?
As a side note, it isn’t a pro tools problem as I tested with Addictive drums and didn’t have the problem.
Hi,
first I would like you to update to the latest version, currently 3.2.4.
Next, we are talking about you using the Pro Tools Bounce, right? You are not using the internal Bounce in SD3?
If you are experiencing this after updating, perhaps you could strip down the session so you can zip archive it and attach to a post here?
BR,
John

Hi John,
Sorry for the delay, was caught up for a few days. I’ll upgrade and zip the session. “Bounce” was the wrong choice of word to use sorry. I just assigned the output of SD3 to a stereo bus and assigned input tracks to that bus and hit record. So, both are just an audio recording of SD3 output.
