In SD3 – can’t export song as MIDI

I have created a song using the grooves in SD3.

When I choose “Export song as MIDI” from the track pulldown… nothing happens.

Suspect I’m supposed to be prompted for where to save the .MID file.

Any trick to getting this to work?

I’m on a Mac running Catalina OS. I just did an “Export song as MIDI” and things work as expected. A dialog box appeared asking where I wanted to save the midi file. Just wanted you to know that it works in my Mac/Catalina environment. Wish I could help.

Thanks, I re-started Pro Tools and am now able to export.

Can’t explain that.

Unfortunately now, my SD drum track is ahead of the beat, not sure how to fix this. (Will check this forum)

SD is a BIG tool!
