Hi,
I have some problems importing the converted midi files into Cubase 5. Since I do not have any tempo, I set the conversion at a certain target tempo, which in it´s turn is the same as in my Cubase project.
Once imported into Cubase, the file ends up being about 2/3 of the actual Wav file, as if the tempo was set way higher when converting.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
Many thanks in advance.
Please make sure you’re running the latest Drumtracker update (1.0.2).

Thanks for the reply.
I did upgrade to 1.0.2 but I still get the same issue.. Basically I just want a midi that fits the original Wav exactly.
Does anyone have had similar issues?
Thanks.
On the MIDI track you are importing to in Cubase, try switching from ‘Musical’ time base to ‘Linear’ time base. There is a orange/yellow button with a musical note in it. When changed to ‘Linear’, it will change to clock face.

Thanks a bunch for the swift reply, Scott!
I got it solved…. A bit embarrasing… But it turned out to be the sample rate
the sample rate should have no impact, how do you mean?

Check your sample rate. Make sure your project matches what your wav file is 🙂
