Hello
Would some kind soul help me here .. i’m trying to drag and drop a midi groove from EZD3 into Logic but what sounds right inside EZD ends up double time in Logic.
Here’s what i’m doing – to get the EZD groove to match the tempo I need in Logic (156) I had to turn off ‘Follow Host’ in EZD and halve the EZD tempo (ie. down to 78), but when I drag and drop it into Logic the groove reverts to double time, too fast, irrespective of whether I select ‘Also import tempo information?’ or not, I get the same result.
I’m sure this is simple but this morning I just cannot get my head around it.
🙂

Hi there,
Build your grooves in EZD3 with the Tempo Modifier set to 1/2x (Attached screen print) and Follow Host enabled.
When you drag them to Logic they should play properly. For tracks already built in EZD3, go into Grid Editor, select all notes and in the Note menu try Stretch Notes 1/2 (Half Time)
