Posts requesting help operating or installing the product will be deleted or moved to boards requiring access only granted by purchasing and registering Toontrack products!

We recommend you visit the product’s description pages available on the main website as they answer a large number of questions, from compatibility to features and pricing. Audio demos and video presentations are also available for most products, and a great source of information!

If you are facing issues with the product demo, note that common issues and resolutions are posted at Toontrack’s dedicated http://www.toontrack.com/support/. We recommend you check the section dedicated to the product, both for common issues and pre-order enquiries before contacting support or posting your query on these forums.

For interactive help with product specialists you may also use the present forum. To access the private forums where non pre-sales questions (technical support) are attended to, to the best of our ability (forums are a supplemental channel of support and we recommend you use the support portal to contact the support team), you MUST however register your Toontrack product first.
