Under the File menu you can import an EZMix 2 project. But this only works in standalone mode. Most users use EZMix in their DAW. There is no way to Save an EZMix2 project from within the DAW, only in standalone mode. This is the problem.
Assuming you will not update EZMix2 to let you save EZmix2 projects within DAW sessions, the only way I would think to convert EZMix2 plugin states to EZMix3 is through saving EZMix2 Favorites presets that get imported into User Presets in EZMix3. The problem is these presets only import during the initial installation of EZMix3. Creating a new EZMix2 favorite after EXMix3 is installed does not show up in EZMix3 as a User Preset.
I also tried uninstalling EMmix3 and reinstalling it to see if it would pick up any new favorites I created in EZMix2, it did not. Weird.
Hopefully I missed or overlooked something.
Any response would be great, thanks!!
