I’m sure a simple question. Getting parameter knob to “do something”

I just started using EZ Mix with Classic Amps.  With the UK M-Stack Crunch the drive parameter doesn’t seem to do anything…neither knob does. Is there something I need to do to “activate” these knobs?  Thank you!
