I think I’m missing a few downloads when i upgraded to SD3 from SD2

i entered my product serial and registered my new product in product manager. Looking through the presets it seems like I’m missing a lot of the room mics (says not installed). I researched some to find out why and it looks to me like I’m missing like 100+GB of files. product manager downloaded “software” (250MB) and the “basic sound library” (40 GB) I’m missing “room” (46GB) “surround 1” (43GB) “surround 2” (52 GB) and “bleed” (54GB)
Why am I missing these downloads?

What do you mean by ‘missing’? Are they showing there in Product Manager? Have you just not downloaded and installed those parts of the library? The installers are listed under the SDX section in Product Manager. There isn’t 1 big library installer.

There are 5 separate installers broken down into 5 parts:

Download 1: “Basic Sound Library” (All instruments, all tools and all articulations in close mics, OH Dyn and Amb Ribbon. Bleed in Snare Bottom (Kick and toms) , Approx. estimate 40gb)
Download 2: “Room Mics 1” (The rest of the Room mics: OH Cond, Amb Near, Amb Mid).
Download 3: “Room Mics 2 – Surround (5 ch)” (extra mics to achieve 5.0 surround, Front L/R, Center and Surround L/R)
Download 4: “Room Mics 3 – Height Surround (6 ch)” (extra mics to achieve 11.0 surround, Front Height, Rear Height and Rear Height Wide )
Bleed Download: “Extra Bleed” (The rest of the bleed in the close mics). This installation can be installed at anytime after the initial Basic Sound Library (Download 1).

ok that is weird.. it is there now ..wasn’t there before ..font know but thanks for the help 🙂 i’m gonna download and that will prob be the solution

That worked thanks again for the help… only took a about 15 hrs lol but i got it and it sounds amazing!!!
