I purchased a Mix Pack download, but it won’t work

I just finished purchasing my EZMix Metal Essentials mix pack, and when I click to download it, I get a message from my browser telling me the page cannot be found. I have screenshots if needed. Please help!

I have forwarded this to our web shop admin.

In the meantime; is it possible for you to log out and log in again to your Toontrack account and download it from your product page after that?
