No products in the cart.
My products are all installed and working on my laptop. They show up in “My Products” but I cannot find a way to install them on to my new DAW. I cannot “add computer” because I have no computer-ID, I can’t get a computer-ID until I install my product (I’m working on EZD2 first). It is like it circles back and each thing asks for something that I cannot get without the other. Cannot add the computer with installing the product. Cannot install the product without adding the computer. This is absurd.
What to do?

I did send a note to support but I’ve spent about 3 hours on this and have gotten nowhere. Very frustrated.
Please do not confuse Authorization of a new installation with the Registration of a new purchase.
If you can access your Toontrack account and view your purchased/registered products,
you can download the EZD2 installer.
After downloading & installing EZD2, open the product (in standalone mode or as a plugin),
the Authorization prompt should lead you through the rest of the process on the new computer.

No, they are old purchases I want to add to a new computer. As I just added above, I was able to download and install EZMix but I cannot seem to download EZD2, am trying to DL the EZD2 update. I tried burning it to a CD-R but it said that I have to have a functioning copy of EZD2 on the computer, since it is greyed out I cannot download it. I don’t know what to do. Of the four boxes that I suppose are authorizations, only two are checked. Do I need to download an authorization first? Still confused.

Greyed out? Perhaps you need to expand your “My Products” view to show [Show ALL EZDrummer Line Products].

I’m not sure I understand what is ‘greyed out’. Perhaps post a few screenshots to clarify.
