I’ve looked at your account and I see you’ve downloaded the Toontrack Product Manager. I also see that you’ve authorized EZDrummer on October 20, 2018. What are you having trouble with? Does Product Manager show your products as authorized? Do you get an error message when you load EZD? If so, can you post a screenshot?
