I purchased EZ Drummer 3, and it sent me to a Order confirmation page where I was told I needed to create an account. I signed up for an account, opened the setup email which changed the order confirmation page to account setup. I finished setting up my account and tried to go back to the order confirmed page, and it asked for my email associated with the purchase so I entered my new account info: Access Denied. Now I have a large pending transaction with my bank and no registration # for my product, and my account says I have 0 purchase history.
Has anyone else had this problem? Did support resolve it for you? I am waiting to hear back from support, having sent them an email. I would really like to get started using this software, and this seems like such a hassle, leaving me with a rock in my stomach. I feel scammed.
I do not see any order from our side associated with your forum email. Having said that, if you’ve submitted a support ticket, they will get back to you ASAP and resolve any issues.

Thanks for looking. I made the purchase as a guest, and was informed on the order confirmation page that I needed an account to use the product so i clicked the create account link. The account setup opened in and redirected the order confirmation page so I couldn’t get any details from it anymore. I paid with google pay, using the same email as my account. I just checked with my bank again – The payment has gone through! My account still shows 0 purchases.
If you purchased as a guest, what email did you use when purchasing? You can’t purchase, even as a guest, without providing an email address.
Did you get any email with order details? If so, did you get a serial number to register to your account?

As I was reading your reply I saw the email landing in my box with the order confirmation and product key. I guess the system is just extremely slow today. Thank you for your time and help.
This also is happening to us. Yesterday we purchased 2 items and received no email confirmation nor seen anything in my products? We also checked out as a guest but should have received an email to follow. We also tried contacting ToonTrack via the website but after 24 hours still no reply?
According to PayPal ToonTrack used Bright Market LLC dba FastSpring and got paid however never delivered so we just got refunded. This is very disappointing as we really want this purchase. We hope Toontack can help us complete a new purchase.
