First of all it requires your proprietary software to be usable, and I’m on Linux and no, I don’t want to run/install your software, that’s not what I purchased, I purchased a pack of MIDI drum patterns, remember that, that’s all I wanted, and what did I get? A big pile of problems, that’s all I got so far. So I quick searched inside the whole mess of sub folders in my newly purchased MIDI pack, and I’m glad that I’ve found some actual MIDI tracks inside, thanks god I thought for a second you guys went as far as putting everything inside a fucken bunch of binaries. So I’ve found the MIDI files and Oh ! The absolute horror ! They’re all named the same in their fucken nested sub folders…Variation_01.mid Variation_02.mid and Variation_03.mid! I guess it’s very handy for your program that I don’t plan to use, meanwhile I’ll have to run a bash script over all this to move and rename all those MIDI files inside a single folder with their names concatenated with their respective directory names… It’s probably going to work, no big deal! I could live with that… But my horror story just doesn’t stop there of course, silly me! Hassles fly in squadrons! As usual… SO, what did I just discover? All the MIDI drum loops don’t sound like drums at all… They sound like fucken piano, which means that I’ll have to edit every single one of them in a MIDI editor, to check the “percussion” box in instrument parameters and set the instrument to #[10]D… That’s great. The just fucken great.
And don’t bother with reply, I won’t even bother with a refund, I’m just going to try to forget that stupid toontrack horror story, I just wanted a fucken MIDI drum pack, all I got is shit.
