Americana EZX, Twisted Kit EZX. I now see in the product manager they are described as not installed, even though they are and work when I reauthorise them.

I just reinstalled those two libraries and now everything works!!!!

Are they all on the same drive?

They are EZXs. They have to be on the same drive.

Wondering if this may have been a remnant of a database issue that happened last year.

Thanks Jord, it was something like that, I have reinstalled those two libraries and that fixed it. All my libraries are on the same drive, but those two were probably installed on my internal and then moved.

Good you got it sorted. Hopefully you didn’t run out of authorizations as I don’t know if what you had to do counted against the number of auths allowed. That said having moved them after install shouldn’t have triggered your problem. And on separate drives either.

As previously mentioned, EZ Drummer expansions have to be on the same drive. And no, reinstalling on the same computer doesn’t cost an auth. I’ve done it many times. Even if there was an auth issue, the ToonTrack team have always been more than helpful.

To clarify – when you say ‘same drive’ are you talking about the same drive as other samples for SD3 like the core library?

Yeah all my sound libraries are on the same external disk, and I didn’t lose an authorisation when reinstalling!
