I have forgotten which add on packs I purchased

I have forgotten which add on packs for ez drummer, keys and mix, that I added. I am trying to find which authorization codes I entered and for which products but am having no luck. I had purchased some bundles earlier this year, installed some of the codes and downloaded the packs but hadn’t used all of the codes yet and I need to find out which ones I still have left to use as well as what products I already have purchased to avoid re-purchasing them.

I believe that you’ll find the easiest (and likely, only) way to review your registered Serial Numbers and your confirmed Authorization Codes is to log into your Toontrack account and click on the “My Products” option.

Further clicking on “Show All _____ Products” will reveal the entire line of products for that category, displaying those that you’ve registered in full color. Those products that you have not purchased or for which you have not registered a Serial Number will appear slightly blurred out.

If you have Serial Numbers that you suspect that you received but may not have have registered with your Toontrack account, log into your Toontrack account and click “Register a Product”. Enter the suspect Serial Number and attempt to register it.

Worst-case scenario is that you encounter a “Serial Number already registered” response. Best case, you have another great Toontrack product with which to play.
