I don't hear the electronic snares only the acoustic ones

I wanted to stack snares and when I went to sample the snare sounds, I heard the acoustic snares but once I went to the electronic ones to sample them none of them came be heard. How do I fix it? Do I need to do a uninstall/reinstall on the main software? All my software for Superior on my PC is update to date. Running Windows 10.  I did not have this problem before I did the last update.
