I didn’t get pre-order price for ezdrummer 3 upgrade

I thought the upgrade price with a pre-order for EZ drummer 3 was $79 and yet I was charged $99.

Did you actually buy it before May 3?

Did you finalise the order (and get a payment confirmation email) before the download was made available on 3rd May (which was early afternoon UTC timezone, I think). It doesn’t matter if you added it to your cart a month before that – if you didn’t finalise the purchase in time, no discount.
