I bought a midi 6 pack, but i cant use the codes?!

According to my shop, I could pick six different sound libraries and “form my own” 6 pack.

So I tried, several times, to buy Reggae and fill the first of my six codes into the empty bar. But it says, my code does not exist.

Have you contacted the store where you purchased? I don’t see you purchased from the Toontrack webshop.

No I have not. I made my purchase at Uppsala Musikverkstad, and the product is distributed by Luthman Digital Distribution. I live in Sweden, and these companies are Swedish.

I get emails that recommend me to buy extensions almost every week, which I probably would, if I just knew why I never succeeded in getting that 6 pack. I made the purchase exactly one year ago, thats why Im contacting support, but Im about to give in, in this matter.. 🙂

Well, you will need to contact Toontrack directly via the Contact Support button in the FAQ below. This type of thing can’t be handled on a forum. Please provide them with the serial numbers for your MIDI packs that don’t work.
