I don’t use pro tools but if you are running 32bit which I think your version is then 64bit plugins will not work. SD3 is definitely 64bit only. Maybe keys is an older 32bit version?

SD3 with older sdx,s plus Rooms of Hansa and Death & Darkness. Cubase and wavelab current versions. Roland TD50x using all trigger inputs for triggering SD3 only. Windows 11 computer. Various keyboards and outboard gear as well as VST instruments. Acoustic drums: Yamaha 9000 natural wood and Pearl masters. Various snare drums. RME BabyFace Pro FS and Adam A7X monitors

i’m recently downloaded ezkeys   ezbass and superior drum3 to my imac early  2009. running elcapitan 8 GB.     3.06 GHz intel core2 Duo

i’m running protools 10   I can see ezkeys  in my instrument pull down menu for plugins but not ezbass or superior drum3

are there in conflicts that anyone else is having with this?

I spoke to the sweetwater support for two hours on the phone and could not get a answer with screen sharing

    Superior Drummer 3 version: 3.2.4
Operating system: OS X El Capitan (10.11)

As you are using Pro Tools 10 (it’s been a while since I ran that version), I am thinking that even though the DAW will run on 64 bit architecture, it still required 32bit plugins. I am guessing due to the newness of Superior Drummer 3 and EZBass they probably do not have 32 bit versions (certainly couldn’t have RTAS versions), whereas I know EZKeys still has a 32bit RTAS plugin in it’s installation package.

May want to contact Toontrack Support for verification. Go to the “FAQ/Contact Support” on the top of this page, select any FAQ and click the contact support button at the bottom.

Both S3 and EZbass are 64-bit plugins only. I believe PT10 was 32-bit.
