I don’t know if it’s just me, but when I humanize EZdrummer everything sounds great…..except for the kick. The samples are so radically different that it makes it sound terrible. Is there a way to get the samples to not sound so radically different? I showed it to a couple people and they agreed it sounded terrible. Am I doing something wrong? I can put up a sample if anyone needs an idea of what I mean.
Hi,
is this when triggering sequential hits at full velocity or at different velocities?
Which plugin version number is displayed in the lower right part of the plugin interface?
EZdrummer does not have individual Humanize controls, like its bigger brother Superior 2.
To turn off Humanize for the Kick only, I’d unload the Kick (set drum to ‘None’) and load another EZdrummer instance and load nothing but the Kick, turn off Humanize and set both EZdrummer instances to receive MIDI on the same channel.

I am showing that the version is 1.2.0.
I was afraid I was going to have to run two different instances of EZdrummer.
That would be a much appreciated up if a new version came out.
Please update to the latest version, which currently is 1.3.0

Very interesting…I first tried updating the 32 bit version like the README file indicated….Then I went and downloaded the 64 bit version (I am running windows 7 64 bit) and it is still coming up as 1.2.0. Any suggestions?
Then you very likely have moved or copied the ezdrummer.dll file post install and the updater can’t find the dll you’re currently using.
If you need your VST dll file in a custom location you should use the Custom install option. Which means reinstalling EZdrummer.

It could also require that you update the VST scan path in your DAW. It may not know where to find the 64 bit version of EZdrummer. This happens to SONAR users a lot.

I had to uninstall ezdrummer and reinstall it to the correct path, awesome. I am now up and running 1.3.0 64 bit.
Also, works if you find the correct .dll file & just copy it to the right folder. Works for me, rather than reinstall the whole program.
RickyB,
that’s the kind of help we do not encourage, since it is only a matter of time until you do not get everything properly updated and need to file a Support Ticket.
Reinstalling EZdrummer core from the Full Download package is done in minutes, so it shouldn’t be too much work.
