How to uninstall Monster MIDI Pack

How do I uninstall Monster Midi Pack from my system – Mac OS X v10.7.4, EZ Player Pro v1.10? It currently shows up twice in the browser, and I want the top one (highlighted) to go away. I think it appeared when I accidentally ran the installer. Thanks,

Well,

the one you have highlighted and wish to erase is actually the correctly installed one. The instance mounted in your user MIDI files is not.
If there is an update to the MIDI pack released, it will not find it if it isn’t correctly installed.
MIDI packs do not have uninstallers.
Double-clicking the ‘My MIDI files’ entry will open this folder in the Finder.
One Level up is the ‘000090@MONSTER_MIDI_PACK’ folder, containing the grooves but I would rather double-click the entry under User MIDI and delete that one instead.
