How to setup guitar amp

Hi there!

how do i setup my guitar amp, so it will play a clean channel for cubase? but still play like a guitar from the amp?
I don’t know the names and terms of everything so i don’t know what so search for.

I have a Vetta head II
And a Edirol UA-25 soundcard
i allso have a small mixtable
