How to Play Into Song Track?

Hello,

Right now in SD3 I am able to do the following:

1. Play on my midi controller keyboard and record directly into my DAW.
2. Drag grooves into the Song Track.
3. Double click the grooves in the Song Track and open them in the Grid Editor.

What I want to be able to do now is play on my midi controller keyboard and have what I play go into the Song Track so I can adjust it further in the Grid Editor.

How do I play on the midi controller keyboard and have what I play go into the Song Track?

Please advise.  Thanks!

Like your DAW…. enable Record in SD3’s Song Track, and hit Play in SD3’s Song Track.
