how to install and connect a midi keybord

Hi , Ive got a midi converter edirol and Ive pluged all in`s and outs on the keybord and swiched to “general midi ´´ Ive conected the Edirol
ON light is on …….MIDI IN light is Blinking ……….MIDI OUT is not blinking USB is connected Doesnt seem to work .
I´d like to use the keyboerd keys to opperate/play the drums is this possible ? thanks for any help ……. by the way a super product. I´m very happy

have you selected the Edirol as the MIDI interface in the EZdrummer 2 settings?

Ja thanks John,
Im using midi device …….Um 1
Audio I have the choice of three I´m using 1 NME TV Nvidia high definitian audio orshould I be using 2 Windows Mirosoft sound mapper or lautsprecher .
3 Windows direct sound with Which one would be more suitable ,
also There is a slight delay from the keybord to the EZ drum kit how can I rectify that please

Hi,

if your audio device has a specific driver written for it, it usually is the best choice instead of a Generic one.
That said, a lot of users have been using ASIO4All on the Windows platform.
Please check your Buffer Size in the Settings; a high buffer Size induces more delay and vice versa.
