How to import a chord progression into EZBASS without EZKEYS?

Hello,

I just wonder if it is possible to impor a chrod progression into EZBASS (I know it should be possible from EZKEYS, but in general as a text sequence or from a DAW or a miditrack or something else. I don’t whant to sit and manually type in the chord progression for a song if I already have it eg in Band in aBox or elsewhere.

Im having the same situation . I have a midi piano chord track in logic using Keyscapes . Im trying to figure out how to import that or drag and drop that into EzBass and EZdrummer3 . It should be EZ to do. , but why are there no videos pertaining to this .

Hi,

Logic does not allow you to drag from a track to a plug-in. You can Export a MIDI file to e.g. your Desktop and drag and drop from the Desktop to EZbass. Or you can record MIDI from the Logic track to the EZbass Song Track and then use ‘Replace MIDI’ to get a Bass line from your recorded or dropped MIDI.
