How to export midi from Superior Drummer to Logic?

Hello! I programmed a beat and accidentally deleted it in Logic, but there is still midi and sound coming from Superior Drummer. Can I import the midi from Superior Drummer back into Logic? Here’s a video if that helps.

Superior Drummer 3 version: 3.3.6
Operating system: macOS Ventura (13)

I think you can just click and drag that midi into Logic. If not, right to the left of those Grooves (midi blocks), there a Track Menu. Export midi from there.

Drag and drop from the SD3 Song Track to the Logic track is the easiest way.
