Just got EZ Drummer, so learning all the ropes. I drag-and-drop the grooves into a template (found here)in Reaper, which works great, but if I want to repeat a groove 10 measures (or however many) its a pain to do it 1 at a time. Alternatively, I can drop 2 in, then select both, copy and paste 2, then select all and copy and paste 4 …. Must be an easier way – my thoughts, (coming from a Boss programmable rhythm machine usage) is to set up a simple 1-groove rhythm track for the length of the song, then substitute different grooves into the existing track as I develop the song.
