How to add drums and/or cymbals to a kit that’s a minimal set-up?

I’m using a Roland V71 with 14 pads connected. I want to configure my own EZD presets that replicates my V71 set-up, including having 2 snares on every kit (main & side snare), a splash, a stacker and 4 toms. I know how to save the revised kit as my own user preset – just need help configuring.  I have EZD3 and a few EZX’s.  Thanks

EZD can’t add like that. It can only swap, say, one cymbal for another. Pop Punk expansion, however, has a snare and side snare. Some EXPs have stacked cymbals.

Without Superior Drummer, you use a DAW. Then add multiple instances of EZdrummer. It’s a simple concept but laborious.

Thanks. I own SD3, too. I’ve added pieces, but I can’t seem to add a 2nd, different snare. Figured I’d start with EZD and then move on. I think the new EZX Fusion pack may suit my needs
