How long does it usually take Toontrack to respond to emails?

Having issues with a known fraudulent serial seller and I still haven’t heard back from Toontrack yet. Ended up finding another victim of the same guy and need some guidance. The specifics were in the latest email. What’s the usual turnaround time for email answers?

did you use the ‘Contact Support’ form? If so, I think the response time would normally be within 48 hours.
