How do you undo an action?

Hi

Brand new to EZ keys. I created  a sequence and edited a number of chords. I somehow deleted it from the song creator. I have no idea how to get it back. I have tried ctrl z and looked for an “undo” menu option but can’t find it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
