I have an arturia keylab49, and i want to assign the transport controls of ezbass to it, play/stop, loop on/off etc. however the midi learn just doesn’t want to take a key or button, only a sliding fader will stop/start which is just not practical. I even have a play button on the arturia KB that i cant assign to ezbass play.
My issue is that i work in protools and there are so many KB shortcuts that when i am on the ezbass plugin if i hit play, because i forgot to hold shift, then the host takes off. its a constant juggle between host and ezbass play/stop combinations. i’m sure many of you will make suggestions about KB shortcuts, but what i want is to use my midi KB for ezbass plugin transport controls. Any tips?
